My name is Claudia Bartolozzi and I love helping people experience the best of Tuscany. I grew up in Tuscany and I live in Florence. I graduated from the University of Florence in Tourism Economy and completed an advanced course in History, Art and Culture to obtain the Tourist Guide License of Florence. I have been working as a Tour Guide and Tour Director for 7 years.

I am a traveler and I have crossed many countries riding my bicycle…
across Europe, Africa, South East Asia and South America. I understand the importance of making travel fun and exploring new areas like a local and avoid “tourist traps”.

I love my work and my passion is to create experiences for my guests; unforgettable memories of my home Florence, the Tuscany Region and all the wonderful sites, sounds, tastes and the people that make this land a dream.

Rates

• The cost of my guides is always made to measure and final for the group, not per person.
• Not included in my rates: Museum and church tickets, bicycle rentals and tastings.
• I have convenient rates for groups, schools, tour operators, travel agencies and special events.

Cancellation policy

• If the tour is cancelled at least 1 month before the requested date, you will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• If it is cancelled at least 15 days before, you will receive a 50% of the deposit.
• If it is cancelled less than 15 days before, the deposit will not be refunded.
